Wedding dress designers know that the key to a good collection combines the reinvention of culture, history and the style of ideas with underlying signature qualities. Designer Irene Castro has topped the list of designers in Murrieta, CA after debuting her designs on Saturday, February 20 in Murrieta’s first Couture Bridal Show and Expo.
A rush of brides-to-be overwhelmed the expo during the first couple of hours. The show started with an expo highlighting vendors such as Welk Resort, Unique Weddings & Flowers, TenderShootz Photography, Pala Mesa Resort, Menifee Lakes Country Club, Planet Beach, Off Guard Photography, Maria’s Uribe’s Flowers, Cookie Lee, Pink Table Bakery, Village Java Coffee Shop and Bakery and Murrieta Cooks! Bridal Registry to name a few.  Show sponsors include IE Style Magazine, Neighbors Newspaper and Town and City Shopping: Murrieta.
During the show, Tacos Tijuana Gourmet Inc. revealed their new gourmet catering services fit for private parties and occasions.  Who knew! Chef Marco served ceviche infused with “pommes frites”, stuffed peppers topped in a special house cheese trimming and Latin style bunuelos, which delighted attendees and encompassed the Latin & French theme for the night.
Reve Salon and Sydni Skylar Salon teamed up to make the show a success as they supplied makeup and hairstyles fit for the occasion.    It was a unique blend of creativity, teamwork and productivity.
The atmosphere was set and the show began with a tuxedo category featuring designers from Scotty’s Tuxedos of Murrieta, CA.  They are said to be one of the main locations for suite rentals and alterations in the Inland Empire.  We even had a special guest model from the Riverside Rainmakers ABA basketball team.  Wow!
In time for prom season, the boutique’s prom category was filled with electric blues, charcoal blacks, hot reds, and royal purples, short and long alike.  Talk about a vision of surprise! During the grand finale, wedding, bridal dresses and flower girls paraded down the runway with vintage dress, crossed with Latin spice and French poise.  The event was a sure success and a chance for the new boutique to make it’s mark in the competitive world of prom, wedding gowns, bridal and flower girl dresses.
